- Solve complicated customer issues relating to processes and data.
- Make sure that customers are seamlessly transitioned through the life-cycle by working closely with pre-sales professionals, pre-sales and the support team.
- Support the Business Functions e.g Finance/HRMS Supply Chain Modules/ Solutions.
- Provide ERP functional consultation and education services on customer locations.
- Lead design tasks, including creating requirements, conducting tests and directing junior consultants and customers.
- Help customers maximize the strategic business benefit from products and services of the company by providing them with the idea of their desired solution and roadmap
